Visa Application Requirements

  10. Accommodation: Provide proof of accommodation or hotel reservations for your entire stay in the Schengen area.
  11. Travel Itinerary: Submit copies of your travel bookings (flight, train, boat, etc.) for the entire duration of your trip.
  12. Business Relationship (if applicable): If your visit is for business purposes, provide documents proving your trade relationship, such as contracts, payment of invoices, or a list of orders.
  13. Company Information (if applicable): If you’re visiting for business, submit documents proving your company’s activities, like the annual business register, extract of the commerce register, or annual report.
  14. Employment Status (if applicable): If you’re employed, provide documents proving your employment status, such as a work contract or a letter from your employer granting you leave.
  15. Trade Fair Documentation (if applicable): If you’re attending a trade fair, provide proof of payment for your entrance.
