Visa Application Requirements
- Completed Application Form: Fill out the visa application form in English and sign it.
- Recent Passport Photos: Two passport-sized photos (40mm x 60mm) with a white background.
- Valid Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least three months after your planned return date. Provide a copy of your passport and any Schengen visas issued within the past three years. Your passport should have at least two blank pages (facing each other).
- Proof of Residence: Submit a copy of your civil ID or resident permit valid for at least three months after your return date.
- Accommodation: Provide proof of lodging in Italy and all other Schengen countries you plan to visit. This could be a hotel booking, tourist voucher, or letter of hospitality. The majority of your stay should be in Italy.
- Travel Itinerary: Present a copy of your air ticket booking to any destination in Italy or train/car reservation details.
- Travel Insurance: Obtain comprehensive health and travel insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000.
- Financial Proof: Submit a bank statement showing the last six months of your transactions, including your exact salary. The statement should be stamped by the bank or printed on official bank paper.
- Work Permit (Kuwaiti Residents): If you’re a Kuwaiti resident, provide a copy of your valid work permit.

Visa Application Requirements
- Completed Application Form: Submit a completed and signed “Application for Schengen Visa” form.
- Online Form or Invitation Letter: Provide either the completed VU1 online form (downloaded from the Danish Immigration Homepage) or a personalized invitation letter from the company in the Schengen state you plan to visit.
- Valid Passport: Your passport must have at least two blank pages and be valid for at least three months after you leave the Schengen area.
- Previous Passports: Submit copies of the bio page and any Schengen visas from your previous passports.
- Passport Photo: One recent passport-sized color photograph (35mm x 45mm) with a neutral background taken within six months.
- Cover Letters: Provide cover letters addressed to the embassy, detailing the purpose of your visit. Also, include a letter from your current employer stating the purpose of your trip.
- Financial Proof: Submit original bank statements for the past six months, stamped and signed by the bank. These statements should demonstrate your financial means to support your trip.
- Establishment in Bangladesh: Provide documents proving your establishment in Bangladesh, such as financial documents, partnerships, property ownership, marriage certificate, or birth certificates of your children.
- Travel Insurance: Obtain comprehensive health and travel insurance for your Schengen trip.
- Accommodation: Provide proof of accommodation or hotel reservations for your entire stay in the Schengen area.
- Travel Itinerary: Submit copies of your travel bookings (flight, train, boat, etc.) for the entire duration of your trip.
- Business Relationship (if applicable): If your visit is for business purposes, provide documents proving your trade relationship, such as contracts, payment of invoices, or a list of orders.
- Company Information (if applicable): If you’re visiting for business, submit documents proving your company’s activities, like the annual business register, extract of the commerce register, or annual report.
- Employment Status (if applicable): If you’re employed, provide documents proving your employment status, such as a work contract or a letter from your employer granting you leave.
- Trade Fair Documentation (if applicable): If you’re attending a trade fair, provide proof of payment for your entrance.

Visa Application Requirements
- Valid Passport/Travel Document: Provide a valid passport or travel document with a copy of the ID page.
- Schengen Visa Application Form: Complete the Schengen visa application form.
- Recent Color Passport Photograph: Submit a recent passport-sized color photograph.
- Valid Irish Residence Permit: If you’re an Irish resident, provide a copy of your valid residence permit.

- Employment Proof (if applicable): If you’re employed, submit a recent letter from your employer confirming your employment status.
- Self-Employed Proof (if applicable): If you’re self-employed, provide your tax registration, P21, P45, or P60 tax form.
